World Water Week: Building a Resilient Future Through Water

It is World Water Week in Stockholm! And with that comes the promise of seeing the King, Victoria, and even Carl Philip- a promise that never fails to deliver! Since 1991, World Water Week has been a staple in the calendar of those who advocate and research on the global water issues. Organized by Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI), World Water Week provides an opportunity for experts in their fields to gather and discuss their findings, research, and studies as well as form new connections for further studies. Each year the SIWI selects a theme for the week and it is this theme that drives many of the workshops.

Crown Princess Victoria normally attends at least one day of the week and this year she gave the opening speech at the High Level Speaker's Session at Norra Latin. In her speech, she mentioned SDG's Agenda 2030 and said "Investing in water is investing in health, jobs, and equality".

For a day listening to seminars, Victoria wore her old Prada Printed dress with By Malene Birger heels. While I have not seen any good close-ups, I believe she is wearing her Dulong Jewelry Luna necklace and small gold hoop earrings. She carried her Abro clutch.

This is probably a good place to mention that earlier this week, Chef Jamie Oliver posted on his social media accounts a photo of Daniel and Victoria at one of his London restaurants. The court later said that the couple had a chance to talk together about their shared interest in Children's Heath. The Crown Princess Couple met with him on behalf of their initiative Gen-Pep.

For this lunch meeting, Victoria wore a new Mayla blouse and her By Malene Birger pumps as seen this morning.
