Princess Sofia attends A Sustainable Tomorrow 2017

On Wednesday, 2 August, Princess Sofia undertook a day of seminars organized by Project Playground with Gränslösa Möten. Industry Day was originally hosted to mark the beginning of the partnership between Gränslösa Möten and Project Playground in 2016. After a successful first year, the seminars were back again this year keeping with the same topic "A Sustainable Tomorrow".

Featured Speakers included Sweden's former Prime Minister, Fredrik Reinfeldt, and Anders Borg, Jakob Trollbäck, Soulaima Gourani, and Frans Johansson. Gränslösa Möten became Project Playgrounds partner last June. Their main focus is opening up discussions and partnerships between people and organizations of different backgrounds, ethnicities, social class, and locations. This year's day of seminars centered around on ways to provide opportunities for people who want to create sustainable change to be able to connect and discuss different ways change could happen. Different perspectives on the global goals were highlighted and the UN's Objective 17, implementation and global partnerships, was in focus.

(side note- I really want to caption the photo above #SquadGoals and because this is my site- I shall do so, you are welcome)

Now back to your regularly scheduled informative post: The dinner featured speeches by both Princess Sofia and Frida Vesterberg, the co-founders of Project Playground, as well as performances by Swedish Singer Carola and Afrodite. The dinner raised over half a million Swedish Krona for the charity.

For the morning conference, Princess Sofia wore a new ensemble from Ida Sjöstedt. She paired their Emmy Jacket with their Shelley Dress for brilliant look while being 8 months pregnant. (The pieces will be available for purchase soon) She stood tall in her Stinaa.J Black Suede Elsa pumps and carried her favorite Mix & Match Cara Bag (Huge Shoutout to Laura for making this discovery!) Her earrings are very likely the gold heart studs from Pilgrim has to benefit Project Playground.

For the evening, she changed into a long maxi gown from By Malina, their Cala Dress, which she paired with her blue Stinaa.J pumps and new Charlotte Bonde Louise Ribbon Amazon Earrings in Silver. Her clutch, found by the brilliant @HyväHygge, is from the brand Aldo. It is their Dorounia Box Clutch, very similar to the Rinon clutch but a centimeter smaller in width. She first wore this clutch to the Magnuson wedding earlier this year.
