These championships are held bi-yearly with a different host city each year. The last time they were held in Åre was 2007- which was also the last time Sweden hosted them. In 2021 the championships will be held in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy.

The family also enjoyed some time with their Norwegian counterparts (they are actually cousins and close friends) over the weekend, while engaging in some friendly rivalry between the two countries. These championships always result in some amazing photographs of the family cheering on their teams and egging on one another in the stands.

For a day in the snow, Princess Estelle was dressed in a new navy coat from the Italian brand Canadiens (she owns the same coat in grey) and a hat from EQPE. She wore new red gloves from Hestra, ski pants from Didriksons and boots from Kamik.

Crown Princess Victoria wore a new coat from Tretorn, ski pants from J Lindeberg and a hat from EQPE. Her mittens come from POC Sports.

Prince Oscar wore a snowsuit from Didriksons and boots from Sorel. His gloves come from Hestra and were seen worn by Princess Estelle previously. Later in the weekend he opted for a pair of mittens, also from Hestra.

Queen Silvia wore her tan jacket from Bogner over her white Canada Goose Jacket, Bogner Ski Pants, a hat from Helly Hansen, and boots from Sorel. The King wore a jacket from Peak Performance, ski pants from Craft, and a hat from EQPE. The Queen later traded in her Helly Hansen hat for a hat from EQPE and the king opted for his Borsalino hat for much of the weekend.
