Crown Princess Victoria attends EU Arctic Forum
Today, Crown Princess Victoria was in Umea to attend the first day of the EU Arctic Forum which is organized by the European Commission and the Swedish Government.
The aim of the forum is to discuss international cooperation and issues related to climate, environment and sustainable investments in the Arctic. Representatives from the Arctic regions and municipalities as well as civil society members, indigenous peoples, researchers, students and representatives from various industries are attending the forum. The Crown Princess made the opening speech of the forum say“Ladies and gentlemen: Coming generations may not have a voice or a vote – at least not yet. But they trust us to make the right decisions and to base those decisions on solid knowledge. It is my hope that this Forum will help us do just that.”
Crown Princess Victoria wore her H&M Conscious dress with her Ralph Lauren Armissa pumps. She also carried a new cognac tote bag. She wore her Kreuger Jewellery earrings and several bracelets including her Ebba Brahe Eyes Wide Open bracelet and the Ebba Brahe Bridge bracelet as well as her Epoch watch.
